Challenge Points Competition
The Challenge Dog and Bitch Competition commences on January, 1 of each year and finishes at the Scottish Terrier Club Inc. show in October. The Competition is won by the dog and bitch with the most Challenge Points within the breed. Points for Best in Group are ignored.
A copy of the Challenge Certificate must be with the Point Score Steward within 14 days of winning the Challenge. 
Point Score Show  Competition
The score is accumulated at each show according to the following rules. 
3 points for First, 2 points for Second, 1 point for Third. An extra point for Best of each Class.
At the three STC Inc. only. Best in show 6 points, Runner up 5 points
There is no extra point for Breeder, Sire and Dam and Australian Bred.
The Derriwong Shield
At the three STC Inc. shows only. For Classes 2, 2A, 3, 3A, 4, 4A.
3 points for First, 2 points for Second, 1 point for Third. An extra point for Best of each Class.
A marked catalogue of the point score shows must also be received by the Point Score Steward within 14 days of the show.  The catalogue is to be signed by two members present or a member and the ring steward.
